What exactly do you do?

We find you new clients. We create ads for your practice, put them online, and handle the tech side of things. When someone sees the ad and needs help, we send their information directly to you so you can book them.

Who owns the campaigns and data?

You do. If we ever stop working together, you keep everything—the ads, the pictures, and the list of people who contacted you. We don't hold anything hostage.

What information do you collect on the intake form?

We customize based on your needs, but typically we collect name, phone number, what insurance they have, and what kind of help they are looking for, why they want to get therapy, and much more.

How do inquiries get to our CRM?

We connect our system to yours. As soon as someone signs up online, their information pops up in your computer system instantly so you can call them right away. You can also receive instant email/SMS notifications.

If you don't have a CRM, we can help you set up a simple system or deliver via email/spreadsheet until you're ready.

What if we don't have a CRM?

Not a problem. We can deliver inquiries via:

What kind of results should we expect?
